You can call Treyarch's zombies the best, or something like that. Both games have different storylines too. WW2 has the mods system which allows for builds combining with the four special abilities. It also has a consumable system that isn't pay to win and works differently. IW has new and also improved versions of 3arc's perks. Both have secret unlockable characters, better weapon kits, etc. IW has a sillier theme, and WW2 has a dark, terrifying twist on the mode. And even then they still aren't copies, the only things they copy are the base mechanics and well, zombies. They were obviously forced to make them by Activision.
